Tales of Graces (Wii)

Finally reveled.

Set release on Winter 09.

Remember few months back where Namco Bandai released an untitle Tales of title for Wii. Now the title have been announced, so called Tales of Graces. Not much information about the story background, but the sentence on the left side of the main character (Asuberu Tento), saying, "I won't lose someone that I precious anymore". Looks like he had lost someone in the past.

p/s: Also, Namco announced Tales of VS. too but doesn't capture my attention too much due to mix of Tales of series characters game again.
--
That's all for now. Two Tales of game are ready to enter my collection soon. I personally can't wait for it. Thanks for reading and see ya!

New Tales Of announced for Wii

More Tales Of for Wii? Yatta!

The first Screenshot.

Namco's Tales series appears to be on a collision course with one console in particular: the Wii. At a press conference held in Tokyo on Monday, Tales series manager Makoto Yoshizumi revealed that the firm is now developing a new Tales game for the Wii. The new game will be the main title for the series for fiscal 2009.

Wii isn't new to Tales of, with Tales of Symphonia Dawn of the New World having just hit the system in America a couple of weeks back. Unlike that sequel, though, the new game will be comparable to a Tales of Destiny or Tales of Fantasia in terms of standing. As Yoshizumi said, it will be a "mothership" title in the series.

No details were shared on the new game, as the focus of the press conference was on new Tales titles for the PSP and DS, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 and Tales of Hearts which will be release this month.

Wii Sports Tournament

It's me, Wii Sports!

Girl in action!

Last two days was like any other days in my life, play, eat, sleep while waiting for my school at KL to open on September. And at night time, there was a friend of mine told me that IT fusion is going to organize a Wii Sport Tournament at Green Height Mall.

The Family Gang!

The terms and condition is to spend at least RM20 at the mall and then eligible to sign up for the competition. Thanks to both of my friends, Mika and Swing to buy some food together so I don't have to spend that much. Upon signing up, I was curious and asked whether there's adults joining or not. And it's a yes, I was kind of happy to see adult getting into Wii stuff too!

The Korean Kiddo!

The tournament is seperated into 2 days. 1st day is to see who are qualify to go to the next round and thus, 2nd day would be the finalist. 1st day was an easy going for me but still I do get nervous a bit because of all the competitors, the korean kid, named Lee Jong Dong is pretty good at it. And coincidently, I met another competitor named Steven too! On the 1st day, we played Bowling, Tennis and Boxing.

Stylish eh? He's in the top 3.

So the 2nd days only end up 5 finalist, 3 adults (consider me as young adults) and 2 kids. The organizer decided to continue on with just bowling only. It's an advantage for me but I still can't keep my guard down. I see portential in those two kids. But I guess Lee was nervous and got mess up. In the end, he didn't make it to the final but Steven, who was in the top 3 kindly let him enter the top 3 finalist and he forfeitted. The final 2 games are simple, playing bowling and see who get the highest score. Lee got 3rd, the stylish kid got 2nd and well... I got 1st.

I am happy, am I?

One of my friend did not managed to take a clear shots of those 2 kids receiving the prices. And the prize are actually the main reason which I got into this contest, a iPod Nano. I wasn't so sure what size storage of iPod Nano they are going to give. Surprisingly, it's the 4gb version! I was actually just hoping for a 2gb would be happy enough already. Over? Not quite. The boss asked me whether I wanna accept a challenge that he offer me and if I win, a iPod Nano protector. Why not? Accepted.

The challenger.

I would say that even Wii Sport's bowling are very real but not as real as what we played on the real one. Apparently, the challenger have a bowling experience, he knows how to make spin shot, all those sort of thing a bowler would know. But too bad it didn't go as well as it looks like. At the end, I won the challenge and received an additional of protector for iPod Nano. Thanks, IT fusion!

Thank you very much.

Well, after that we tried a little Guitar Hero 3 on the Wii and went off to get some bites. Mika, Swing and me sat down at a store below IT fusion and basically we were gaming down there for an hour and left afterwards. During the gaming time, I found something unique and shot it down with my camera.

Rich shopper I say.

If my friends saw this, he's finish!

Prizes I won.

I wonder when will I actually opened it and use. For my iPod suffle 2nd gen, which my sister gave me as my christmas present, took me after 3 months to open it up and actually use it heavily. I just notice too, all my iPods are free. Hehe. That's all for now. I would like to personally thanks Swing for telling me this competiton, Mika for taking all the photos, IT fusion, an apple authorised reseller and Green Height Mall for making this happenned. Thanks for viewing and see you!

Play-Asia Haul for May

Thanks alot, CUSTOM!

Great handling.

Those package actually arrived last Friday and I didn't have time to go pick them up. Consider it's already Tuesday, I went to pick it up yesterday. I was actually only expecting 1 package but 3 packages! And I see taxes coming, and I was never wrong. So I went up to the Custom Department.

They even spelled "Video" wrongly.

As I thought each package will only roughly get charged by RM20 plus. I actually brought RM55 down only. I called my friend down and ask him to get another RM20 prepared. As usual, custom asked my to open the packages. And... they charged me a near amount of RM100. I was shocked, knowing I will not have enough money to pay the tax. But, luckily there's another custom came across and discounted almost 65% of the total amount. Thanks! So, what are the content in the package?

Voila! Game Haul this time!

It's been a while I have bought lots of stuff from Play-Asia. I'm a Nintendo Fanboy, so what you see are all related to Nintendo's gaming console and gaming handheld. Hehe. So here's what I have:

Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock

You will rock in Virtual World.

I just got this just this last Friday. Surprisingly the box is huge! As shown above, I just let the picture judge how big the box is. The version comes with huge song collections, 70 songs to be exact! Ready to rock!

Quote from Wikipedia,
"Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock is a music video game developed by Neversoft (for the console versions) and published by Activision and RedOctane. It is the third full installment in the Guitar Hero series (and the fourth title overall). Guitar Hero III was first released for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360, PC, and Mac platforms in late 2007. Due to the acquisition of RedOctane by Activision, Harmonix Music Systems is no longer involved in developing titles in the Guitar Hero series"

The controller is well build. The guitar give a vibrate and sound of error from the Wii Remote. The Wii Remote actually is consider a battery for you Guitar. It really give a feel that you are actually playing a real guitar. Practice is require as you need to know where are the buttons and the colors. So far I'm doing just great, I actually managed to perform a Full Combo on a hard level song.

Hehe, so far I'm enjoying it. Would really recommend to those who are looking for a music genre game. That's all for now. Thanks for viewing and see you soon!

It's time to drive dangerously.

It's coming soon to the America this 27th April. While Japan and Europe are playing them already. Can't get myself hands on this piece of game. The game comes with a Wii Wheel which it's a plastic wheel to put your Wiimote in and you can steer in the air!

Do I look like jailed? A friend of mine found this car plate on the roadside when he went picked it back to school. I drive dangerously and threw items at people. In the end I get jailed. Hell Yeah! I'm ready to go online anytime to race with worldwide!

Hopefully I can get my Mario Kart Wii on early May, hopefully... That's all for now. Thanks for reading and see you next update!

Best Mario Game Is Here!!!

Superrrrr Mariiiyooo Gayyylexxyyyy!

Disc channel with Super Mario Galaxy.

One of the best game in 2007 had just arrived in my house, thanks to the lousy service of my local post office that makes me wait two months for this game. Moreover, I still have a Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the way here.

My Wii channel.

This game everything you wish for since the Super Mario 64 and unfortunately not the Super Mario Sunshine. Basically, what you will be doing in Super Mario Galaxy are chasing rabbits, getting a hardcore score of 120 stars instead of 60 stars which will get you to the end of story anyway. Not to forget, save Princess Peach and also new pretty lady, Roselina. I was thinking, why not leave Princess Peach and stay with Roselina. Haha.

In game screen.

The graphics are spectacular! Playing this game at the beginning might get you feel a little dizzy due to the planet flying around and end up upside down. On the downside, it's a little too easy for the old time gamers as I managed to get 60 stars by just spending 7 hours on the game. Let's move on to the controls, it's very easy to master the controls. To spin, just shake your wiimote. Taking the starbits is so easy that you just get your wiimote and aim at it. This game allow a 2nd player to join in, they can help you take down enemies by slowing em down. Not to mention, 2nd player can help you collect starbits too.
---
Lastly, the music is beautiful. I love every bit of the music, there are re-master music for old time gamers and basically the whole collection of Super Mario Galaxy's music are re-master and orchestra.

The art box.

That's all for now. For those Wii owners who are still wondering whether to get this title or not. I say just go for it. There is definitely no regrets for me to get this title. Okay, I'm off. Thanks for reading and see you.

Smash Fever Hits Japan

Oi... where the US version? T_T

It's been 3 days hasn't it? Those lucky Japanese Wii owner gets to play SSBB (Super Smash Bros. Brawl) out there, kicking online player's butt with lag free. I want my copy! One of my friend, clemong_888 started to play already. Lucky Baskert.
---
Too bad and sad to say the US version of SSBB had been push back to March 9. Guess we just have to wait for another month.

Quoted from
IGN:
Making some observations about the type of people that had lined up for the game at the large Bic Camera in Ikebukuro, further to the north of Shibuya, Famitsu noted that 80% were males in their late teens or twenties. The rest of the group was split between couples and more elderly people who were presumably asked by their children to pick up the game. We noticed a similar mix at the Bic Camera shops in Shibuya, although perhaps leaning more towards the elderly and parent crowd.

As we waited in line to purchase our copy of the game, a middle aged lady stood behind us holding a copy for herself and a Wii Fit unit. Beside her was an elderly lady whom we presume was her mother. To our great surprise, the elderly lady reached over to the DS section shelf and pulled out Nintendo's cooking software, adding it to the stack.
Nintendo wins.

That's it all for now. Gaming news are getting hotter and hotter for Nintendo lately. Long live Nintendo! *Feeling a bit like a Fanboy now* Haha. Thanks for reading and see you!

OMG Wii!!!

Wii Goodness?

Win!

I brought my Wii back to my hometown, Penang. Sad thing is all of them doesn't know what it is. Funny thing is, "Is that a PS3?" or "PS4??!!" Geez... Haha, well... most of my cousins at my mom side still young so they only know PS2.

Pump it baby!

So what I do to let them taste Wii? Be an idiot by letting them play Warioware: Smooth Smooth. Woo yeah, sure they look happy, jumping around like an idiot. Haha. Evil am I. But they love it. With every movement they make in the game.

So, readers! Have you got your own Nintendo Wii yet? That's some short update I came across. That's all for now. Thanks for reading and see you guys!

  • HK
God, thats a hell of a list.

We missed Keh Shiun birthday and wanted to celebrate his belated birthday. Hoho, I skipped my class and went to have a secret operation. So, what was it? I'll let the picture do the talk.

Tomi's car.

The party starter for the birthday bash!

Alright... we got the cake and off to Carol's house to have some set up. About tonight's birthday bash. And after playing Wii for a while, we went out with the others to have dinner together. Everyone was hype with the Wii, the PS2's dance pad, the dota and lastly not to forget, the Nintendo DS.

Woot. Sign had been given as we are off to get ready for some bash. Okay, pictures!

1st attempt la... epic failed.

2nd attempt! Epic Win! Blur pictures though.

Destiny was clever enough to fool Keh Shiun for the 2nd time. He picked up the cake and talk to Keh Shiun, "The cake is a bit weird la..." *PIAK!*

Oh noes, I'm one of the victim! Some cake fight too.

Didn't manage to take pictures of Destiny and our President, Ian who got smashed on the face too. It was fun and messy as well. Haha, after all. Its house cleaning. Gosh, its cake almost everywhere. Even the car park.

It's time to open the present. But can you? Keke.

Haha, took him about 4 minutes to open.
It's Evagelion Unit 00!

I wonder who's that.

An event is never complete without a "Jump".

It was fun! One of the best event on August. Nuff said, today is the last day of merdeka. Keh Shiun is 19, Malaysia is 50. Haha. Thanks for reading. Till, then stay tune and See ya!
