Sorry for the late update! I have known this news for like past 3 days and yet I have not post it into my blog yet! Anyways, here's the new Nintendo DSi, introduced by Nintendo Japan 3 dats ago during the Nintendo Conference in Japan. Let's look at what the Nintendo DSi have to offer.

Let's recap:

• 3.25inch inch screens (3 inch on DSlite)
• 12% thinner than Nintendo DSlite
  
• External camera 3 mega pixels, front facing camera 0.3 mega pixels
• SD card slot on the right
• On board memory available
• Build in Opera web browser
• Application to detect some hotspots in Japan
• DSi Shop like Wii Shop Channel
• Application for DSi price range of 200, 500 and 800 points
• No Gameboy Advance slot
• 1000 free points for free which comes with the Nintendo DSi until March 2010
• Possibly minority upped resolution
• Release in Japan 1st November, 2009 worldwide
• Black and White for the 1st batch
• Priced at 18900 yen

It seems that Nintendo DSi is trying to compete iPhone/iPod Touch. But still, I'm very thrilling to get one when it comes to the US or Asia as my Wii is NTSC/US and being able to connect your DSi to the Wii would be awesome. Not to mention the camera, it's what I really need to bring it to the street and take what I see! No GBA slot, so it's up to you whether it's a "yay" or "nay". That's all for now.
